Peace River Wildlife Center

Did a little bicycle tour of downtown Punta Gorda and the river front then out to the wildlife center.

On the way back into town we took a side trip to one of the nature centers to see the nesting owls.

Biked over to the Eagles nest this afternoon.

Eagles of N Ft Myers

Did a little bike ride today to go see the nesting eagles.  About 5 miles from the park right along side a busy 6 lane road there is a nesting pair of eagles with two eggs, one has already hatched and the second one should follow very soon.  Cathy has been watching the nest on a web cam so we figured we better go see them.
